The Black Pepper Beef was incredibly flavorful with just the right amount of heat—tender, juicy, and rich in aroma. The Cumin Lamb was bold and fragrant, cooked to perfection and bursting with authentic spice. The Fried Rice was the perfect companion—light, savory, and well-balanced. “ One of the best Chinese restaurants I tried in Europe, they serve authentic cuisine with a modern twist. The black truffle wagyu fried rice was a great combo, fancy ingredients did miracle to a common dish, and each piece of rice was separated with each other. The morel mushrooms with fried tofu was savory with umami, words could not describe the amazing flavors of well cooked morel mushrooms. The chicken was tender and juicy, absorbed the scents of cooked garlic and basil. The soft shell crab was a bit too oily to my taste, but still tasty. The place is spacious with a good view of the Big Ben. The only complaint I have is the serving orders of the dishes, we got the fried rice the first, and dim sum the last. ”
